Rocky Mountain Retreat 2019 - update #1

Our Rocky Mountain retreat starts this coming Friday – October 18^th. There are still a few full weekend spaces left, so if you are interested please preregister and prepay on this website (links on sidebar). If you are planning to come for Saturday’s presentations only, again, preregister so we will know how much luncheon food to provide. Remember that the full weekend price (2 breakfasts, Saturday lunch, and two dinners, together with overnight accommodation Friday and Saturday) is $150 per person; Saturday only price is $50. We will not be able to accept credit cards on Saturday, so please plan to pay in cash or by check if you have not prepaid.

Elevation of Rev G R "Gwernin" Grove to ADF Senior Priest

The photo above shows the emblems (the stole and sickle) of the 1st and 2nd circle ADF priest. ADF Archdruid Rev. Jean "Drum" Pagano will be present on Saturday October 12th to elevate me to Senior Priest, the 3rd and highest circle of the ADF clergy, in a public ADF ritual at Overland Pond Park (955 W Florida Ave, Denver, Colorado - our usual summer location). Join Chokecherry Grove for this ritual and for the potluck feast that will follow! Gather at 11 am, ritual starts at noon.

Samhain 2019

Come join us as we celebrate the beginning of Winter - the dark half of the year. Our Samhain ritual this year will be on Saturday November 2nd. As we have in past years, we will be meeting at a private residence at 2929 S Elm St, Denver, CO 80222-6834. 

The ritual will be Welsh themed, and we expect a mysterious supernatural visitor. As usual there will be a potluck afterwards, so bring a dish which suits your palate to share with us. We will Gather at 5 pm, and the ritual starts at 6 pm.

We will also be collecting for Toys for Tots again this year, so if you can, please bring a new, wrapped toy; cash donations are also acceptable!

Autumn Equinox 2019

We will hold our Autumn Equinox ritual on Sunday September 22nd (gather at noon, ritual starts at 1 pm). This will be our last Sunday ritual at Overland Pond Park for this season; the next 3 high days - Samhain, Midwinter, and Imbolc - will be Saturday evenings at indoor sites. We'll be back on Sundays in the park in March, if the Weather Gods allow :)

Midsummer 2019

Come rain, come sun, we will be at Overland Pond Park tomorrow to celebrate Midsummer. Gather at 11 am, ritual starts at noon. The Deity of the occasion is Apollo - if we are fortunate he will send us some sunshine! As usual there will be a potluck afterwards.

Beltane 2019

On Sunday May 5th we will be in Overland Pond Park, our usual summer venue, at 955 W Florida Ave, 80223. Gather at 1 pm, ritual starts at 2 pm. Ritual will be followed by a potluck feast, so please bring a dish which you like to share!

Spring Equinox 2019

Join us this coming Sunday (March 24th) at Overland Pond Park when we celebrate Spring Equinox. Gather at 1 pm, ritual starts at 2 pm, and will be followed by a potluck feast. All folk of good will are welcome to join us and celebrate the changing season!
